The 36th Seaburn Bus Rally

Crowds of people and a huge turn out of buses, cars and lorries, what was not to love about the 36th Seaburn Rally today?

With the majority of running vehicles in Phillidephia Shed making an appearance, the sights and sounds down Washington Highway was like something from back in the day. It was awesome!!

With 4710 making an appearance for the last rally of the year, it was a proud moment for us in the NNRG. We spent around 26 hours in the past week alone, to make sure that she was ready for today. From air tanks, paint and bumpers, a lot of time and effort went into 4710. She didn't miss a beat all day. She was roaring all the way there and all the way back. What an incredible achievement!

4855 as always didn't miss a beat, she practically slid all the way to Seaburn, with the sheer amount of polish on after yesterday's cleaning day. Once again 4855 performed without a glitch, a great day!

With BUP 736L making her debut at Bishop Auckland on 15th August 2021, after 13 years under the ownership of Paul Cassidy, she rolled into Seaburn looking stunning! The sound of the deep engine made the houses shake as we went past.

Jonathan Taylor debuted his preserved DAF SB220 Prestige making her debut rally with vinyls on! Lots of beautiful comments made the day even more positive.

It was amazing to see so many people turn up to a rally and have a great day. It wasn't just the regular faces, we met countless new faces and young people who were interested in the vehicles.

From all at the NNRG and Philadelphia Sheds, we'd like to say a huge thank you to the NEBPT for all their hard work at these events, as always.

Keep your eyes open for upcoming events at NNRG HQ. You never know what could be round the corner and what suprises we may have lined up.

For now, keep safe and see you on the show fields next year!!
