4855 and 4898 MOT pass

28/6/21 was quite a day! In fact it was the first day that our 2 Volvo B10BLE’s had been on the road since they came to our depot from Saltersgate in 2019! Test day is always nerve racking but our DO Group has spent 18 months doing all the little jobs that needed to be done prior to test day so we need not have worried. Our guest driver, Richard Slater drove 4855 bringing back all the memory’s when she was in service for Go Northern.

Both Volvo’s passed without any significant advisory’s. This means that we will be at the North east Bus and Coach Show at Gateshead Metrocenter on July the 25th.

Now the NNRG are quite literally on the road. More news to come. CS.
